Rapos Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. operates a fast-growing, multi-outlet Arabic restaurant brand through a Central Kitchen & Distribution Model. We are hiring an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) - Arabic Cuisine to lead Back of House (BOH) operations at the outlet level.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead outlet-level BOH operations
Execute Arabic dishes using centrally supplied marinades, sauces, and semi-prepared items
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of central kitchen products
Coordinate daily with the Store Manager for service planning and BOH flow
Work closely with the Executive Chef - Central Kitchen for quality control and feedback
Train and mentor Commis Chefs and Helpers to improve skills, performance, and long-term career growth
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Control wastage and follow FIFO and inventory SOPs
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
