. PVR INOX is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth operations during peak cinema hours.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle and manage the assigned kitchen section independently
Prepare and cook food items as per PVR INOX standards and recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (FSSAI norms)
Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage
Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures
Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers
Ensure timely food preparation during peak show timings
Coordinate with the Head Chef / Sous Chef for daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Experience in QSR, hotel, restaurant, or multiplex kitchen preferred
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts (Required)
Relevant Continental experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean working environment
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications
