Job description
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned department - South India or North Indian/Chinese
In-charge for training new kitchen staff - Commi 1, 2 and 3 assigned to the department
Control costs and ensure profitability. Provide food cost on daily basis to management
Manage the recipe and ensure taste and quality is maintained
Complimentary Accommodation available at Hotel if required
Complimentary Food/Tea/Coffee etc. will be provided
Yearly bonus approx 1 month salary provided in November/December of each year (Minimum 1 year experience required for bonus eligibility)
