Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook all tandoor items (kebabs, breads, grills, curries) as per recipes and standards
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Supervise and guide commis staff in the tandoor section
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tandoor section (hotel/resort preferred)
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen staff
