Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience
as a
CDP specializing in South Indian cuisine
preferably in a resort or hotel.
Well-versed in
all aspects of South Indian cuisine
, from traditional recipes to modern plating techniques.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Ability to work efficiently under the
Head Chef
and collaborate with the team.
