Job Overview:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) with hands-on experience in multi-cuisine, continental, and fusion cooking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency in every dish served across our fine dining restaurant and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes as per recipe and presentation standards
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in assigned kitchen section
Assist the Sous Chef in new menu creation and daily operations
Train and guide commis and junior staff within the section
Ensure efficient mise en place and timely execution during service hours
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
Minimum 3 years of experience as CDP or Demi CDP in reputed kitchens
Expertise in continental, Indian, and fusion cuisines
Strong eye for plating, flavor pairing, and modern culinary techniques
