Job Summary
Oversee a specific kitchen station ensuring consistent preparation of high-quality dishes.
Lead a small team of junior chefs during peak service while upholding food safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to exact specifications, incorporating techniques like sous vide for precise textures.
Supervise commis chefs, train staff on recipes, and manage station inventory to minimize waste.
Maintain hygiene protocols, assist in menu development for innovative ramen, gyoza, and vegan options, and support seamless service flow.
Required Qualifications
3+ years as a Chef de Partie or line cook
Culinary diploma or equivalent; strong knowledge of food science, nutrition, and safety regulations.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with team leadership skills and creativity for recipe innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
