Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section
Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste of all dishes
Assist in menu planning and development
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CDP or similar role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
Attention to detail and passion for food
