What You'll Do:
Lead the pizza section and ensure every pie that leaves the oven is flawless.
Maintain prep, mise-en-place, and daily kitchen hygiene standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef on menu R&D and new specials.
Handle
food costing, recipe cards, and daily inventory
using
Excel
.
Train and mentor junior team members to maintain consistency and speed.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3-5 years in a continental/Italian setup.
Proven experience with
wood-fired or deck ovens
.
Understanding of food cost control, portioning, and wastage tracking.
Basic computer proficiency -- especially Excel.
Passion for perfection and obsession with authentic technique.
