Hiring: Continental CDP (Wood-Fired Pizza Specialist)



Location:

Mumbai (Queen Margherita's Pizzeria)

We're on the lookout for a

Continental Chef de Partie

who lives and breathes the art of

wood-fired pizza

. If you've got serious hands-on experience working with doughs, fermentation, and live-fire ovens -- we want you in our kitchen.

What You'll Do:



Lead the pizza section and ensure every pie that leaves the oven is flawless. Maintain prep, mise-en-place, and daily kitchen hygiene standards. Work closely with the Head Chef on menu R&D and new specials. Handle

food costing, recipe cards, and daily inventory

using

Excel

. Train and mentor junior team members to maintain consistency and speed.

What We're Looking For:



Minimum 3-5 years in a continental/Italian setup. Proven experience with

wood-fired or deck ovens

. Understanding of food cost control, portioning, and wastage tracking. Basic computer proficiency -- especially Excel. Passion for perfection and obsession with authentic technique.
