1. Efficiently managing a specific stations (grill, saute or pastry) to ensure consistency and high quality execution.
2. Collaborate closely with Souschef to synchronize dish timings across stations and support the training of junior staff.
3. Maintaining strict food safety standards and clean organized workstation.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
