? Manage specific kitchen sections (e.g., sauces, grill, and pastry).

? Prepare and present dishes according to five-star standards.

? Supervise commis chefs and maintain station hygiene.

Requirements:



? 5+ years in premium hotel/resort kitchens.

? Specialization in specific culinary areas.
