Job Description

Prepare, cook, and present dishes

within your assigned section (e.g., grill, saute, pastry).

Follow recipes and specifications

to maintain consistency and quality.

Supervise and support junior staff

such as Commis Chefs.

Ensure all food is prepared on time

and meets restaurant standards.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

in the kitchen and work area.

Monitor stock levels

and report shortages to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Assist with menu planning

and creating new dishes when required.

Ensure proper food storage

, labeling, and rotation following food safety rules.

Handle equipment responsibly

and ensure all tools are clean and well maintained.

Work efficiently during busy service

while staying calm under pressure.

Follow all kitchen safety procedures

to prevent accidents.

Communicate effectively

with other sections to ensure smooth service.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
