Role Overview:

We are looking for two experienced

Chef de Parties

to lead specific sections of our Pan Asian kitchen (specifically the

Wok Section

and the

Sushi/Cold Section

). You will be responsible for managing your station, maintaining quality consistency, and supervising the junior team members during service.

Key Responsibilities:



Station Management:

Take full ownership of the Wok or Sushi station, ensuring all mise-en-place is ready before service begins.

Cooking:

Execute complex Pan Asian dishes (e.g., Thai Curries, Dim Sum, Sushi Rolls, Stir-frys) with precision and speed.

Supervision:

Monitor the performance of Demi Chefs and Commis assigned to your section.

Inventory:

Handle daily ordering for your section and minimize food wastage.

Requirements:



5-8 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine. Expertise in

Wok Hei

techniques or

Sushi Rolling

. Ability to lead a small team under pressure.

Role Overview:

We are hiring three skilled

Demi Chefs

to act as the primary cooking force on the line. You must be capable of handling high-volume orders and supporting the CDP in daily operations. You are the "engine" of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Cooking:

Handle the fryers, steamers, and basic wok operations during peak hours.

Prep Work:

Prepare bases, marinades, sauces, and butchery (fish/meat cutting) according to the Head Chef's recipes.

Hygiene:

Maintain strict cleanliness standards at your assigned workstation.

Plating:

Ensure dishes are plated according to the resort's presentation standards.

Requirements:



3-5 years of culinary experience. Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients (sauces, vegetables, spices). Ability to work strictly according to recipes.
