Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the section.
Train and supervise commis chefs or kitchen assistants.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Coordinate with other sections to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control.
