to join our kitchen team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the curry section, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute Indian and South Indian curries as per standard recipes
Handle the curry section independently during operations
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
Manage prep planning, stock usage, and minimize wastage
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth service
Train and guide commis staff in the curry section
Requirements:
Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Commis in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of Indian and South Indian gravies and curries
Understanding of kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years in Indian kitchen operations
Salary:
As per experience (competitive & better than market standards)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
