Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (Gravy, Stir-fry, Rice, Noodles, Dim Sum & Starters).
Manage the Chinese section independently during service hours.
Ensure all dishes are prepared as per standard recipes, taste, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen section.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and specials.
Check and maintain stock levels for ingredients, sauces, and mise en place.
Ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
Train junior staff and commis in Chinese cuisine techniques.
Monitor food quality, freshness, portion control, and waste management.
Follow all kitchen safety standards and FSSAI guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Chinese CDP/Chinese Chef.
Strong skills in Chinese cuisine--wok handling, sauces, stir-fry techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ready to join immediately or on short notice.
