Job Description

We are a Japanese cloud kitchen in Gurgaon hiring an experienced chef to handle

sushi, ramen, donburi, and Japanese-style rice bowls

Responsibilities:

Prepare Japanese dishes independently Maintain hygiene and SOPs Manage prep, cooking, and consistency

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in Japanese or pan-Asian kitchens Ability to manage a small kitchen team Immediate joiners preferred
