Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience specializing in Indian cuisine and non-vegetarian dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per the restaurant's Parsi and Indian cuisine standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all food items.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and daily operations.
Manage and train junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
Monitor inventory levels and help with stock management to minimize wastage.
Adapt to special dietary requests while maintaining authenticity of cuisine.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine with hands-on experience in preparing non-vegetarian dishes.
Familiarity and passion for Parsi cuisine is an added advantage.
Excellent knife skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good understanding of portion control, cooking techniques, and flavor balance.
Ability to follow recipes as well as contribute creatively to dishes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

10:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM (6 days a week)
Salary Range:
?40,000 - ?45,000 per month
