Goafornia Beach Lounge is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes.
Manage a section of the kitchen ( pasta, salad, etc.).
Ensure hygiene and portion control.
Assist Head Chef in training and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of kitchen experience in Continental cuisine.
Knowledge of food plating, preparation, and stock control.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
