Job Title : Chef De Partie ( Indian)

The Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Indian dishes to the highest standards. The role involves maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Job responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes (curries, tandoor, biryanis, snacks, breads, etc.) in accordance with restaurant standards.
Assist in menu planning, development of new dishes, and seasonal offerings.
Supervise and train commis chefs and kitchen helpers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Maintain proper portion control, consistency, and presentation of all food items.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP / FSSAI).
Monitor stock levels, order supplies as required, and minimize wastage.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
