Fine foods confectionery company has an opening for a Commi chef, for making variety of chocolate bars truffles, etc, energy bars, related chocolate products, chocolate fudge products, roasting nuts, and processing nut butters.

Excellent opportunity to work hard and learn about high quality luxury products, including chocolate bars, hot chocolate mixes, mini bars, truffles, roasted and flavoured nuts, and more.

Must have some experience in chocolates or confectionery, or in sweet bakery products, and must have the talent to quickly develop and learn about new products. Must be a cooperative team player. Immediate opening, apply in confidence.
