We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie specializing in Biryani Kitchen to join our culinary team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing a kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and timely delivery of dishes.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices in compliance with food safety regulations
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your Kitchen.
Maintain inventory and order supplies for your station as needed
Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste
Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen during service hours

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
