to join our culinary team at The Regalia Resort, Ashwem Beach, Goa. As a CDP, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute dishes in your assigned section (hot/cold/pastry, etc.).
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your section.
Assist in menu development and daily specials.
Support junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant.
Strong knowledge of your specialized section and general kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary degree/diploma preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
