, you will be responsible for running a entire section of the kitchen efficiently and effectively. You will ensure high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while maintaining quality and consistency in line with restaurant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee complete section of the kitchen
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard and within the set time frame.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food items.
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers working under your section.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management by partnering with Restaurant Manager.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within your section at all times.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent team player with leadership skills to train and supervise junior staff.
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
