Responsibilities include:
A chef de partie is a skilled chef responsible for a specific area of the kitchen, such as south indian, north indian, chinese, tandoor, indian. They assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and presented well. Other responsibilities may include managing inventory, training junior chefs, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. And any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
