We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Chef de Partie (C.D.P.)

to join our prestigious fine-dining restaurant team in Doha, Qatar. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will work closely with senior chefs and play a key role in maintaining the kitchen's smooth operation during service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee a specific kitchen section

(e.g., starters, mains, desserts, tandoor, etc.), ensuring the preparation and execution of dishes meet the restaurant's standards.

Prepare and cook dishes

according to the menu, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.

Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff

, ensuring they are trained and follow kitchen procedures and standards.

Maintain kitchen hygiene

by ensuring cleanliness in your assigned section and adhering to food safety regulations. Ensure proper

storage and rotation of ingredients

, following FIFO (First In, First Out) and food safety practices.

Assist in inventory management

, placing orders for required stock, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience

as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a

fine-dining restaurant

. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and culinary techniques. Expertise in working in a

specific section

of the kitchen (e.g., starters, mains, tandoor, etc.), depending on the section you'll oversee. Excellent attention to

detail, presentation, and consistency

in food quality. Knowledge of

food safety, hygiene

, and kitchen sanitation standards. Ability to

work under pressure

and maintain high standards during busy service periods.
