Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant role in a busy kitchen.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
Preferred Skills:
Specialization in a specific cuisine or kitchen section (e.g., grill, pastry, cold).
Experience with modern kitchen equipment and techniques.
