Chef de Partie (CDP)

in a cafeteria is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section and ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality food items suitable for large-volume service. The role requires strong culinary skills, speed, organization, and the ability to maintain food safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced cafeteria environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Production & Quality



Prepare, cook, and present cafeteria-style dishes according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company and hygiene standards. Monitor food stock levels in the assigned section and communicate shortages in advance. Assist in planning daily menus, specials, and batch preparation schedules.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
