Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of baked items
Supervise the bakery section and manage daily operations including production schedules and inventory control.
Ensure all baked goods meet the highest quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Develop and test new recipes in collaboration with the Head Chef .
Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in preparation techniques and quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
5+ years of experience with leadership exposure.
Education:
Baking and Pastry diploma or relevant certification preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Bakery
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
