Camerry Ice Cream is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Chef Cum Parlour Manager
to oversee both kitchen operations and parlour management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high food quality standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, menu execution, food quality, and hygiene standards as per company policies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
Supervise kitchen and parlour staff, prepare duty rosters, and ensure smooth shift planning.
Train staff on food preparation, hygiene, customer handling, and operational standards.
Oversee customer service operations and ensure effective coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
Address customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to manage inventory, costing, and vendor coordination efficiently.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
