We're searching for a cook or chef who believes great food is born from passion, simplicity, and honest ingredients--not from elaborate kitchens.
At RedHill, our kitchen is run like a homestay, not a hotel. We celebrate fresh, seasonal flavours and prepare every dish from scratch using organic vegetables, herbs, and produce grown on our own farm or sourced from the Nilgiri hills.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh, seasonal, home-style meals using organic ingredients Plan and adapt menus based on seasonal availability Experiment and develop new recipes that blend tradition with creativity Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen inventory Work closely with the small team and guide helpers when needed Interact with guests occasionally and share the story behind the food

Who We're Looking For

A passionate cook who enjoys simple, honest, flavourful food Minimum 1 year of professional or homestay kitchen experience (preferred) Strong organizational and cleanliness standards Curious about local produce and sustainable cooking practices Ready to commit to a stay of at least 2 years

Salary & Benefits

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month
