Position: Chef - South Indian

We're expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals who bring skill, creativity, and consistency to the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare popular Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, gravies, starters, etc.). Ensure fast and quality service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaborate with the team to develop fusion and seasonal specials.
Requirements:

Minimum 4-9 years of experience in Chinese cooking. Good knowledge of sauces, wok techniques, and kitchen safety. Attention to detail and plating. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
