Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage portion control and minimize food wastage.
Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks when required.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Follow all food safety regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Chef / Commis / Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
Knowledge of Indian, Continental, or multi-cuisine dishes (depending on requirement).
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary diploma/certificate preferred (not mandatory if experienced).
