Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with expertise in both Indian and Chinese cuisines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering flavorful and authentic dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes as per menu and customer preference. Plan menus and create innovative recipes blending Indian and Chinese flavors. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all meals. Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, if required. Monitor food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene compliance. Collaborate with management to introduce seasonal or special menus.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisine. Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Culinary certification or degree is a plus. Good communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Creativity in food presentation and menu development. Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
