Job Description

Food Preparation & Cooking:

Study recipes, prep ingredients (chopping, cutting), cook various dishes, reduce sauces, prepare salads, and create appealing presentations.

Kitchen Management:

Set up stations, manage equipment, monitor food stock, order supplies, control food/labor costs, and delegate tasks.

Staff Supervision:

Delegate tasks, assist cooks, supervise junior staff, and conduct team meetings.

Hygiene & Safety:

Maintain strict sanitation, ensure compliance with health regulations, and discard outdated items.

Menu & Innovation:

Assist with menu planning, experiment with recipes, and stay updated on food trends.

Customer & Service:

Inform wait staff of specials, sometimes interact with customers, and handle order coordination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
