The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a wide range of vegetarian cuisines, including Indian (South & North Indian), Tandoori, Chinese, and Bakery items, while maintaining top quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of
pure vegetarian dishes
, including:
Indian cuisine
(South Indian, North Indian, and Tandoori dishes)
Chinese cuisine
(noodles, fried rice, gravies, starters)
Bakery items
(breads, pastries, puffs, cookies, desserts)
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
Handle
tandoor operations
(breads, starters, and main courses).
Prepare
fresh bakery products
daily as per menu requirements.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen sections.
Assist in
menu planning, recipe standardization, and portion control.
Supervise and train kitchen staff or assistants.
Monitor
inventory, stock levels, and food cost control.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work efficiently during rush hours while ensuring timely service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
