Role Overview
We are seeking Freelance RAN Trainers with hands-on expertise in 2G / 3G / 4G (LTE) networks to deliver operator-grade, corporate telecom training.
Key Training Areas
GSM (2G), WCDMA / UMTS (3G)
LTE (4G) Architecture & Call Flow
RAN Traffic, KPIs & Troubleshooting
OSS interaction with RAN
Wireless Core & Packet Core basics
Responsibilities
Deliver technical RAN training sessions
Explain real network scenarios & troubleshooting
Conduct lab / simulator / case-based sessions
Support evaluations and learner queries
Required Qualifications
7+ years of telecom/RAN experience
3+ years of corporate or operator training experience
Strong understanding of live RAN environments
Clear technical explanation & communication skills
