Consultant must have experience in developing chatbot using Microsoft Bot framework
Should have experience on .Net, Node.js, etc
Experience on Azure Cognitive Service (LUIS, QnA Maker) is a must
Good to have experience on services of Azure such as: Web App, App Insights, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Workspace, Azure Functions, Web Jobs
Good to have experience in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and SQL
