Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Chatbot Developer to join our innovative team in Chennai. This full-time, junior position is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who have a passion for developing advanced conversational AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing chatbot experiences that optimize customer interaction and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a chatbot developer, with expertise in designing and deploying engaging conversational agents.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning techniques to enhance chatbot intelligence.
• Proficiency in utilizing Dialogflow (Mandatory skill) to create sophisticated dialog flows and user experiences.
• Experience with Microsoft bot framework (Mandatory skill) for developing comprehensive bot solutions across platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Conversational AI Chatbot (Mandatory skill) development to deliver interactive customer journeys.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chatbot functionalities with business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
• Adaptability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in chatbot development.
