Shift Timings:

UK Rotational Shifts | 12:00 PM - 4:00 AM (any 9-hour shift)

Work Days:

5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic

Chat Support Specialists

to join our team for a UK-based banking process. This role is focused on assisting international customers via live chat -- no calls involved. You will be responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly chat support to UK customers. Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively. Accurately document all interactions in the system. Consistently meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Graduate with

6 months - 1 year of experience

in international customer service. Excellent written communication skills in English. Open to working in night shifts and rotational schedules. Must be currently based in Mumbai. Immediate joiners preferred only. Valid ID proof and educational certificates required.
