We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Chat Process Executive
to join our
CRM team
at Chemmnur International Holidays & Resort Ltd, Thrissur. The role involves managing real-time customer interactions via chat, providing prompt support, addressing queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in line with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via chat and respond promptly with accurate information.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Provide detailed product/service information to potential customers.
Follow up on leads generated via website or social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Assist in improving CRM chat scripts and process flows.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in chat process or customer support (preferred in hospitality/travel industry).
Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
