International Chat Support

Location: Mohali Work Mode: Work From Office

Eligibility & Requirements

Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates
Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
No leaves allowed for the first 3 months
Cab facility provided only for female employees (for shifts between 9 PM - 6 AM)

Salary Structure

Fresher: ₹28,000 CTC + ?2,000 PLI Experience (Min. 1 year): ₹29,000 CTC + ?2,000 PLI

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must have strong grammar and no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
Confident in handling chat-based customer interactions

Work Schedule

Shift Duration: 9.5 hours (including 1-hour break) Working Days: 5.5 days per week Shift Type: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs
