Key Responsibilities

Handle

customer queries via chat support

with professionalism and empathy.

UPI/Payment issues

(stuck or failed transactions).

Order concerns

(non-delivery, delayed delivery, wrong item).

Coupon/discount code application issues

. Document customer interactions and ensure accurate logging in the system. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain

quality and productivity standards

in line with BPO requirements. Deliver excellent customer experience by using

clear communication

in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
