Role Overview
We're looking for interns who can regularly interact with our in-app conversational assistant
and help us identify issues in how it communicates.
What You'll Do
? Have daily conversations with the assistant.
? Identify incorrect responses, inconsistencies, or hallucinations.
? Flag memory-related issues (missed context, wrong recall, etc.).
? Evaluate tone, clarity, and response quality.
? Document findings and share structured reports with the product team.
? Suggest improvements based on your observations.
Requirements
? Strong communication and observation skills.
? Good command of English & Hinglish.
? Detail-oriented and patient while testing.
? Any background can apply.
What You'll Learn
? Practical exposure to conversational AI.
? How to analyse and improve AI behaviour.
? Experience in user research and quality analysis.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
