Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and phone Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain records of customer interactions Follow up with customers when required Work with the internal team to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:



Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle multiple chats at a time Problem-solving skills and patience Willingness to learn and adapt
