Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and respond to incoming customer chats in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or forward queries to the concerned department. Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution and operations support. Learn and use internal tools and platforms effectively. Assist in daily operational activities as required. Benefits

Requirements:



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sound judgment and common sense in handling queries. Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT and computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with a willingness to take initiative. Educational background in Business, IT, or related fields is preferred (not mandatory).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
