Chat Support Executive

to join our customer service team and deliver exceptional support through live chat. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, excellent communicator, and customer-focused, capable of resolving issues in real time while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner



Identify customer needs and help them use specific features or services



Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions



Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately



Work with internal teams (sales, technical, or product) to ensure customer satisfaction.
