We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who can handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow communication guidelines and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
Fresher & experienced candidates are both welcome.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BPO/Customer Support (optional for freshers).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
