by addressing queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a
non-voice process
ideal for candidates with good written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via
chat and email support
.
Provide accurate product, service, and process information to clients.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency.
Resolve customer complaints, escalate complex issues to seniors when required.
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM / internal tools.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and back-office teams for query resolution.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum
10th / 12th pass / Graduate
(any stream).
Good
written English and typing skills
.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle queries patiently.
Prior experience in
chat/email process
or
BPO customer support
preferred (freshers can also apply).
