We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Blended Process (Chat-focused). The role involves handling customer queries via chat and providing timely, accurate, and professional support while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through chat (and blended support, if required) Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with process guidelines Meet productivity and performance targets Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

min 12th

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support (International preferred)

Skill Requirement:

B2 Skill Set (mandatory)

Communication:

Good written English skills
Salary & Benefits

CTC:

Up to ₹28,000 (depends on last drawn salary)

Working Days:

5 days per week

Shifts:

Rotational (including evening and night shifts)

Cab Facility:

Available from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
